Michael Bower is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and project management. As the founder of Gray Eagle Painting, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver high-quality residential and commercial painting services across the Austin area.
Before Gray Eagle Painting, Michael founded Lifeguard Solutions, where he led the development of a Salesforce-native Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) application. The company achieved a successful acquisition by ComplianceQuest in 2020, reflecting his ability to build and scale innovative businesses.
An MBA graduate of Santa Clara University, Michael brings expertise in strategic planning, program management, and AI-driven solutions—ensuring Gray Eagle Painting operates with efficiency, precision, and a strong client-focused approach.
Beyond business, Michael is deeply involved in community leadership, serving as a league president, youth sports coach, and board member for athletic organizations. He also stays active through endurance sports and regularly competes in Ironman triathlons.
